First elected to Marina City Council in November 2012, Gail has served as one of Marina’s two directors on the Fort Ord Reuse Authority Board. She was quickly appointed to FORA’s Post Reassessment Committee (PRAC) and FORA Finance Committee, which she currently chairs. In this regional forum Gail is a strong advocate for transparency and informed leadership; the Regional Urban Design Guidelines; removal of blight; the Fort Ord Regional Trail and Greenway (FORTAG); and other issues of regional importance.
Prior to being elected in 2012, she coordinated the 2011 Whispering Oaks Referendum Petition.
Gail is endorsed by: Bruce Delgado, Mayor of Marina
Frank O’Connell, Marina City Councilmember
